Nomadic Eats was born from the travels of Chef Randy Russell. Eating his way through Central America, South America, and SE Asia, he fell in love with the bold and brilliant flavors of Latin and SE Asian cuisine. Inspired by street side vendors and food carts from around the world, Nomadic Eats brings Pensacola authentic, unique, and creative fusions of these two cuisines via food truck style!
