OUR SPACES ARE LIMITED. UNLIKE OUR EMPLOYEES’ POTENTIAL.
At Premium Parking, we pride ourselves on hiring great people and giving them the ability to succeed through superior training. We start with management concepts found in four books, Good to Great, Getting Things Done, Winning and One Minute Manager. Our management style is based on a who first, then what philosophy.
One of the things we pride ourselves on is our ability to attract and retain talented professionals at every level of our company. We do this by creating a work environment that is both empowering and rewarding, which is why we can say that Premium Parking is a great place to park as well as a great place to work.
ALIGNMENT OF INCENTIVES.
We gather data that shows us who the stars are in our company. From there, we aim to allow for a percentage of compensation to be variable incentive pay - from our top-level employees all the way down to our line associates. This type of incentive-based payroll structure not only promotes effort throughout the company, but is translated into the customer experience as employees are motivated to provide memorable, engaging customer experiences. Going above and beyond the call creates an atmosphere of service that no other parking company can match.
20% - 30% of employee compensation is variable incentive pay.
WE HAVE PARKING DOWN TO A SCIENCE.
Within every parking space we find room for innovation. Whether it’s using the latest technologies to help us maintain fast, efficient response times, or having individual managers for each sub-system, we’re constantly striving to improve our processes and strategies. It’s called PremiumOS (Operating System) and it’s how we perform at a level that moves us and our partners forward.
WE DON’T CUT CORNERS.
WE JUST BUILD ON THEM.
Our goal is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is why we employ our red flags database - our main source for identifying, tracking and eliminating inconsistencies within our organization. To avoid complacency, we actively seek out anything that isn’t as it should be.
