ALIGNMENT OF INCENTIVES.
We gather data that shows us who the stars are in our company. From there, we aim to allow for a percentage of compensation to be variable incentive pay - from our top-level employees all the way down to our line associates. This type of incentive-based payroll structure not only promotes effort throughout the company, but is translated into the customer experience as employees are motivated to provide memorable, engaging customer experiences. Going above and beyond the call creates an atmosphere of service that no other parking company can match.
20% - 30% of employee compensation is variable incentive pay.
