Paying for Parking

• Use a nearby Pay Machine.

Paid Parking Policy
8:00am to 5:00pm
Effective April 9 - September 30

Pickup Spaces
Dedicated spaces are available on the south side of K Avenue from Fort Fisher to Atlantic Avenue with 30 minutes FREE parking for customers.

Church Parking
On Sundays from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Sixth Street and Third Street, marked spaces will be free for worship hours. At 1:00pm, paid parking will begin in those areas.

Resident & Employee Parking Permits
Residents may request parking permits for $20 each for up to two vehicles, golf carts included. Residents and local employees may request $100 parking permits with proof of employment by local businesses.

• Once you receive your approval, purchase a parking permit here. Select desired parking pass and enter discount code at checkout by clicking Apply Promotion.

Visitor Parking
Visitors may purchase a day pass for $20, weekly pass for $100, or full season pass for $200.
