With its recent parking management December takeovers at Perre Marquette, Premium proudly introduces Black Label, a new integrated customer services brand dedicated to providing businesses with a pro-active, customizable customer service program that will leave their guests and customers with a seamless and satisfying experience.
Centered on inspired customer service, Premium’s Black Label features great people with superior training to provide deluxe valet, door, bell and management services to clients.
Current locations that will operate under the “Black Label” brand are:

Elements of the “Black Label” brand include: separate customer service training; a detailed and unique manual for each location; position specific training for each associate; and regular audits of personnel performance. Premium also utilizes a unique pre-shift “pep-rally” to ensure that on every shift, our associates are giving guests the service they deserve.
